EASA REA successfully participated in the FOOD EXPO 2026 trade fair, held at the METROPOLITAN EXPO Exhibition Centre, at Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” in Spata, Attica, from Saturday, 14 March to Monday, 16 March 2026.

The participation took place within the framework of the European Union co-funded programme “REA’s GARDEN”, which promotes high-quality European natural orange, mandarin and grapefruit juices in the Greek and Romanian markets, highlighting their taste, authenticity and freshness.

The exhibition provided an excellent opportunity to present the juices to a specialised professional audience, including importers, distributors, buyers, representatives of retail chains, and professionals from the food and beverage sector. Visitors to the programme’s stand were informed about the distinctive characteristics of the products, as well as the principles of farming, sustainable production and the strict European quality and food safety standards governing their production.

As part of the participation in the exhibition, a series of networking contacts were held with representatives of interested companies and industry professionals, contributing to the strengthening of professional connections, the exploration of opportunities for future commercial cooperation, and the further enhancement of the presence of the promoted products in international markets.

The programme’s participation in FOOD EXPO 2026 contributed positively to the achievement of its objectives, showcasing the quality, authenticity and distinctive characteristics of European products within a highly significant professional environment.
