Mandarin Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients (for 2 servings):

A light and refreshing smoothie bowl with mandarin, banana and yoghurt. Naturally sweet, with a smooth texture, and perfect for a colourful breakfast.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 150 ml mandarin juice

  • 1 banana

  • ½ mango or 1 small apple

  • 100 g yoghurt

  • 1 tsp. honey

  • Spearmint leaves & mandarin slices for garnish

Run:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they form a thick smoothie.

  2. Pour into a bowl and garnish with fruit and mint.
