Orange Energy Bowl

An easy and light breakfast featuring orange juice, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Balanced, refreshing and ready in just a few minutes, it’s perfect for a great start to the day.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 100 ml 100% orange juice
  • 150 g yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Seasonal fruit (mandarin, orange, banana, etc.)
  • Chia seeds or nuts

Run:

  1. In a bowl, combine the juice, yoghurt, oats and honey.
  2. Allow the oats to absorb the liquid for 5 minutes.
  3. Add fresh fruit and sprinkle with seeds or nuts.
