HBAA REA invites you to visit its stand at the INDAGRA 2025 International Fair, which will be held in Bucharest from 29 October to 2 November 2025, as part of the European ‘REA’S GARDEN’ programme.
The campaign, co-financed by the European Union, promotes high-quality European orange, mandarin and grapefruit fresh juices on the markets of Greece and Romania, highlighting their flavour, authenticity and freshness.

Citrus Sunrise Mocktail

Ingredients (for 2 glasses):

A light, Mediterranean mocktail with orange and grapefruit, bursting with flavour and natural freshness. Perfect for brunch, relaxed gatherings and summer indulgence.

Ingredients (for 2 glasses):

  • 150 ml orange juice

  • 100 ml grapefruit juice

  • 100 ml sparkling water

  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • Ice + refrigeration

  • Orange slices & mint leaves for garnish

Run:

  1. In a shaker, mix the juices with the honey and a little ice.

  2. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top up with sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently and garnish with mint and a slice of orange.


Orange Energy Bowl

An easy and light breakfast featuring orange juice, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Balanced, refreshing and ready in just a few minutes, it’s perfect for a great start to the day.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 100 ml 100% orange juice
  • 150 g yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Seasonal fruit (mandarin, orange, banana, etc.)
  • Chia seeds or nuts

Run:

  1. In a bowl, combine the juice, yoghurt, oats and honey.
  2. Allow the oats to absorb the liquid for 5 minutes.
  3. Add fresh fruit and sprinkle with seeds or nuts.


Mandarin Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

A light and refreshing smoothie bowl with mandarin, banana and yoghurt. Naturally sweet, with a smooth texture, and perfect for a colourful breakfast.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 150 ml mandarin juice

  • 1 banana

  • ½ mango or 1 small apple

  • 100 g yoghurt

  • 1 tsp. honey

  • Spearmint leaves & mandarin slices for garnish

Run:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they form a thick smoothie.

  2. Pour into a bowl and garnish with fruit and mint.


Grapefruit Spritz Mocktail

Preparation time: 5 mins Servings: 1

Fresh, aromatic and slightly bitter, this is a refreshing mocktail with a strong character and a distinct citrus flavour.

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

  • 100 ml grapefruit juice

  • 50 ml orange juice

  • 100 ml sparkling water

  • Ice + refrigeration


  • 1 grapefruit slice

  • Rosemary or thyme


Run:

  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the juices.

  2. Top up with sparkling water.

  3. Mix a little granulated sugar with 1 pinch of pink salt and run it around the rim of the glass. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.


Citrus Fruit Cake

Prep time: 50 mins Servings: 8

A fluffy, flavourful butter-free cake made with fresh orange and mandarin juice.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour

  • 100 g brown sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 100 ml 100% orange juice

  • 50 ml mandarin juice

  • 1 dl olive oil

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • 1 sachet of baking powder

Run:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C

  2. Mix together the eggs, sugar, olive oil and juices.

  3. Add the flour, baking powder and zest.

  4. Bake in a cake tin for 35–40 minutes.


Mandarin Sorbet

Prep time: 3 hours (including freezing) Serves: 4

A refreshing and 100% natural dessert, with no added sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml mandarin juice

  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Run:

  1. Combine the ingredients and place them in a metal container in the freezer.

  2. Stir with a fork every 30 minutes for 3 hours to make it fluffy.

  3. Serve chilled, garnished with mandarin peel.


Avocado and Grapefruit Juice Salad

Avocado and Grapefruit Juice Salad

Ingredients for the salad

  • 300 g green leaves (rocket, baby lettuce or a mix)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • Segments from one pink grapefruit
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds or roasted almonds
  • A little spring onion (optional), salt, pepper

Ingredients for the grapefruit juice dressing

  • 3 tbsp grapefruit juice
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Execution

  1. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
  2. Slice the avocado and prepare the grapefruit segments.
  3. Arrange the green leaves, avocado and grapefruit segments on a large platter.
  4. In a bowl, mix the grapefruit juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey (if used), salt and pepper until you have a smooth dressing.
  5. Drizzle over the salad just before serving and sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds.


Citrus Vinaigrette

Prep time: 5 mins Serves: 4

A flavourful vinaigrette made from fresh orange and grapefruit juices, perfect for fresh salads or grilled vegetables. Simple, well-balanced and ready in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml orange juice

  • 25 ml grapefruit juice

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt,Pepper

Run:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small jar and shake.

  2. Keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days.
